Ma Mere's encounter with ballet
With the hope of contributing even a little to the future of ballet art in our country,
It all began in 2004 when we sponsored the Prince Takamado Norihito Memorial Event: A Competition of Medallists from the Prix de Lausanne Ballet.
The Prix de Lausanne was founded in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1973 and boasts a history of over 50 years.
The aim is to assess not only the technical skills of the participants, but also their professional qualities.
This competition supports the development of young dancers, and has seen many Japanese dancers go on to have success on the world stage.
Through our involvement with ballet, we not only contribute to the development of arts and culture,
We would like to help develop children's sensibilities through the "true comfort and joy of dressing up that children experience" that is so important to Ma Mère.
With this in mind, we began producing ballet wear.
Please enjoy our luxurious ballet wear, which is high quality and focused on "timeless, sophisticated design" and "natural, comfortable feel."
●Leotard‥Full dull free cut 2way
Made in Japan with stretch material.
It is soft to the touch and stretches well, making it the perfect material for clothing that comes into direct contact with bare skin. Because it is knitted with fine threads, even delicate designs can be beautifully tailored.
Jacquard tulle with a fine dot pattern. The fluffy polyester yarn gives it a three-dimensional look and a luxurious feel.
The neckline and armholes are made so that the stitching is not visible on the outside, creating a luxurious finish.
