(a) Sales and customer service work *After gaining experience, you may also have the option of working as a merchandiser or public relations officer depending on your aptitude.
(b) Responsible for all overseas purchasing, procurement, sales and marketing of leading overseas brands.
We discover attractive brands from around the world, manage their introduction to the market, and handle their sales, as well as their marketing in Japan.
(c) Press Relations: Introduces the brands handled by Ma Mère, issues press releases to TV, newspapers, magazines, and other media, and is responsible for Ma Mère's brand strategy.

<Full-time employee>
8-hour working hours, shift system for each store (depending on work location, such as department store, hotel, etc.)
Example: 10:00-19:00 etc. (Part-time/Contract Employees)
Working hours: Negotiable; many employees working part-time.

<Starting salary for new graduates> Full-time employees (university and graduate school graduates) monthly salary of 190,000 yen (junior college and vocational school graduates) monthly salary of 180,000 yen *In addition to the monthly salary, there are various incentives based on monthly performance.

<Mid-career recruitment> Full-time employees/contract employees: Preferential treatment will be given taking into consideration experience, age, etc.

<Part-time> Hourly wage: 1,000 yen and up: Preferential treatment will be given taking into consideration experience, age, etc.
*Number of working days and hours can be negotiated.

In addition to the above, all travel expenses will be covered.

・ Holidays and vacations Shift system: 9 days per month for store staff / Paid vacation, special leave, refreshment leave, and special vacation.
・Refreshment leave system available: 4-7 days after one year of employment. After two years of employment, 7 days of long leave is available.
・(Permanent/contract) Long-service reward system available: Example: After 5 years with the company, you will receive 5 days of long-service leave + a bonus of 50,000 yen. The number of leaves and bonus amount will increase every 5 years.
・(Regular/contract) Birthday leave system available: You can take one day of special leave in your birthday month.
