(c) Press Relations: Introduces the brands handled by Ma Mère, issues press releases to TV, newspapers, magazines, and other media, and is responsible for Ma Mère's brand strategy.

Working hours
<Full-time employee>
8-hour working hours, shift system for each store (depending on work location, such as department store, hotel, etc.)
Example: 10:00-19:00 etc. (Part-time/Contract Employees)
Working hours: Negotiable; many employees working part-time.
Salary
<Starting salary for new graduates> Full-time employees (university and graduate school graduates) monthly salary of 190,000 yen (junior college and vocational school graduates) monthly salary of 180,000 yen *In addition to the monthly salary, there are various incentives based on monthly performance.

<Mid-career recruitment> Full-time employees/contract employees: Preferential treatment will be given taking into consideration experience, age, etc.

<Part-time> Hourly wage: 1,000 yen and up: Preferential treatment will be given taking into consideration experience, age, etc.
*Number of working days and hours can be negotiated.
